| Names of players will be displayed in this space in
the order in which they appear in the photo. A link will be
provided from the name of each player to his/her personal player profile. Example |

| General Description and Overview of the Club: |
| An interview will be held with the coach and/or
manager to develop a general overview of the club with respect to
philosophy, history of the organization, goals and objectives,
etc. This will be written in the form of a brief profile of the
club. |
|

| League Team Plays In: |
| We will describe the actual league in which the
club competes, as well as several subjective descriptors of the
league with respect to strength of the league; years in existence;
games; playoffs; etc. The general purpose here is to give others a
good idea of the kind of competition that the club is facing in
the league. |

| |
| Team Record Updated all Season: |
| The Coach or manager will be asked to send us
regular updates of the record of the club during the season. This
record can be in the form of game summaries; scores; and/or
general descriptive summaries of the season. |
|
| |
| Tournament Record: |
| We will include a record of all of the tournaments
that the team participates in during the season. This will include
a listing of the games played, with the respective scores; the
placement of the team in the tournament; and any individual or
team awards that were received. |

| Link to Team Web Site: |
| If the team has an official web site, we will
provide a direct link to that site. |
|
| |
| Sponsor Recognition: |
| We will provide an opportunity for your team to
list all of the sponsors of your club. If they have web sites, we
will also link directly to their web sites as part of this
package. This is an excellent way of satisfying the need for
sponsors to receive recognition and gratitude for their
sponsorship assistance. |

| |
| Contact Information: |
| We will provide all of the available contact
information for the team, such as phone, fax, email, mailing
address, coaching staff, etc. |
|

|
|
| If you arrange to have a team profile completed, we will
post the profile for the balance of the current hockey season and update
the information as it is sent to us. We will also provide a complete
service package to each of your individual players. All of this will be
done for the one low fee described below. |

ANNUAL FEE: $1200 plus GST
|
 | attendance at a practice session to take photos of individual
players. We will come out to one of your practice sessions (for
teams in the Greater Toronto and Greater Sudbury areas only) to take
individual photos of your players in their team uniform. The players
will also be asked to fill out a basic questionaire with information
which will be posted on their individual profile. We will not take up
too much of their time at the practice. We would rather call them
after the practice to discuss the information in more detail when they
are not in so much of a rush. As long as we have the photo and the
basic information, we can begin the formation of the profile section.

| compiling a full individual profile for each player (up to a maximum
of 20). We expect that most teams will have less than 20 players,
however, we are prepared to do a full individual profile for up to 20
players. If you have more than 20 players, we will change an
additional $50 for each extra player.

| compiling a team profile with information obtained from
coach/manager. We will also get some general information about the
team itself. We want to write up a kind of story or article about the
team so that readers will have a better idea of the club. This
information can be easily obtained from the coach or manager. It will
be of interest to tournament organizers, and other hockey fans in
general.

| taking an informal team photo or using one provided by club.
Unless you can provide us with a formal team photo, we will take an
informal photo for posting on the site. We do need some kind of a
photo so that we can identify the players and provide a link from
their name under the photo to their own individual profile.

| updating of information and statistics on a monthly basis. We
will be encouraging you to send us updates as often as possible. We
want to be able to allow our readers to follow the progress of the
team during the season.

| leaving profile in archives if club takes team profile in subsequent
years. If your club wishes to do a team profile in subsequent
seasons, we will keep your team profile in the archives. It will be
interesting to follow the long-term accomplishments of an individual
team.
|
| recognition of team sponsors. We feel that sponsors deserve
more recognition than they receive. We will list your sponsors so that
you can demonstrate to them your appreciation in yet another way. If
they have web sites, we will also link from their name to the
corporate web site. |
