Infocom Canada Hockey Consultants will assist individual
players, parents and/or coaches in matters which involve disputes with
associations or discipline panels.
Each case will be treated on an individual basis.
This service is offered to individuals who feel the need to have a
third party represent them in order to receive fair and just consideration
for the matter at hand.
While these situations do not arise very often,
when they do, a parent often feels helpless in the face of a Board of
Directors. In too many instances, the parent accepts a decision, feeling
that there is little else that can be done.
However, the Board of
Directors is made up of men and women, parents, just like you. This is not
their full-time job. Therefore, many of their decisions are not founded on
principles of justice. Our professional representatives can ensure that
you and your child are receiving a fair and just hearing, or at least are
given a fair and just settlement. It is not our intention to create
animosity between you and your Association. All we seek is a fair and just
decision which keeps in mind the needs of the individual child.
